Whether you are dining “Under the Tuscan Sun” or the “Under the Moon over Westlake”, these two Tuscan menus will surely become part of your cooking repertoire at home. They are perfect for casual outdoor dinners or special occasions with friends and family.

Chef Mary Bergin will teach you some special "restaurant style" techniques for turning out a well-planned meal, including the perfect Risotto, Ravioli and Tiramisu. Come and join us for one or both of the classes.
