In this class students will learn how to make six easy sauces that will transform any simply cooked meat, poultry or seafood into a complex tasting, beautiful entrée. Students will be given simple cooking techniques for fish, chicken, and pork, and then will taste these with each of the six sauces made. These sauces will be the perfect addition to everyone’s repertoire.
