In this workshop students will learn to make a variety of cookies from different countries. Everyone will get to share what they make in class with everyone else in a holiday cookie swap format. They will also learn tips on how to host a holiday cookie exchange of their own.

Take this one step further and pair these dishes with wines that have undertones of chocolate and complement these recipes. This class will include a blind chocolate tasting to enhance your awareness of different chocolate nuances and flavors.
