We welcome Raghaven Iyer back to Let’s Get Cookin.’

Winner of the coveted IACP Teacher of the Year Award in 2005, Raghaven is the author of The Turmeric Trail: Recipes and Memories from an Indian Childhood and also Betty Crocker’s Indian Home Cooking. His latest book has just been published and is entitled 660 Curries.

Curries, synonymous with Indian cooking, are sauce-based dishes that offer a wide palate of textures, colors, flavors and aromas. No Indian meal is complete without a curry’s presence.

Raghavan will teach both a demonstration and participation class on curries of all varieties.
