Jill O’Connor is a graduate of the Cordon Bleu Cooking School in London and studied at the International Pastry Arts Center in New York City. She is the author of Phyllo, Easter Treats and Simple French Desserts. Her latest published book is entitled Sticky, Chewy, Messy, Gooey: Desserts for the Serious Sweet Tooth. She has also recently finished a children’s book on desserts that will be out later this year.

Jill has lived in Japan, Hawaii and London and is always on the lookout for the “stickiest chewiest desserts”. She now lives in Southern California and believes that every earthquake survival kit should include a case of Marshmallow Fluff.

In this class Jill will prepare and demonstrate some of her most decadent and popular desserts. These desserts are perfect for Superbowl Sunday and Valentine's Day.
