Everyone loves Paella and it is the ultimate centerpiece for a party buffet. Now that we have acquired a 32 “ Paella pan, there is only one place we can cook with it…that’s right, out in the parking lot! We will have a special gas burning campfire ring set up to cook the Paella outside while we make the tapas dishes, salad and dessert inside our kitchen.

Students will enjoy all the traditional Spanish flavors and we will wash it all down with fruity and refreshing Sangrias.
