Sushi and Sashimi are really easy to make, and very popular to serve at contemporary parties.
Denise and Elizabeth will acquaint you with standard terminology and will discuss all of the ingredients and tools used to make both sushi and sashimi. They will also guide you in the etiquette of presenting and eating sushi and sashimi with chop-sticks.
Sake, both warm and cold will be introduced and served later as an accompaniment. Edaname, Cucumber Salad, Miso Soup and Green Tea Ice Cream will also be prepared and served. We promise you will have a lot of fun!
