The pumpkins and other colorful squash are out in the fields now getting ready for their new season.

Here are some appetizers, a soup, two side dishes served with roasted meats and a dessert to inspire you for holiday entertaining. Both Michele and Jamie will show you what to look for in the market and how to prepare various squash and pumpkins.
