Another holiday season is here. Are you ready? It has been another difficult year economically, but we are still here. We have a great line up of classes this season with lots of ideas for holiday dinners, baking and many fun participation classes.
- Make Chocolate Creations with Robin Robins, Bar Cookies with JoAnn Hecht and American Cookies with Rita Horn.
- Learn to make Artisan Breads, Gluten Free Baked Recipes and Comfort Desserts with our old friend and master baker Jim Dodge.
- Explore the Middle Eastern Mezze Table with author Anissa Helou from Lebanon.
- Join Kristine Kidd who will prepare a Fresh and Fast Superbowl Menu in January.
- Take a class or two with wine and food expert, John Ash from Sonoma County.
- Come and watch famed chef and pastry guru Nancy Silverton prepare favorites from Mozza and learn the ins and outs of proper Roasting with teacher extraordinaire, Molly Stevens.
